A little about our speaker:  Francis Manfredo is President of Operations at Sotera Investigative Group, LLC .  He has 20 years of law enforcement service with the NY State Police and the New Hartford Police Department.  He is a graduate of the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program and holds numerous certifications from the NY State Emergency Management Office, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Federal Emergency Management Agency.
