Three levels of Sponsorship:
Deadline for logo & digital material submittals: April 20, 2022
Deadline for conference material(s) submittal: May 2, 2022
*** we will try our best to accommodate any submittals after the deadlines noted above, but it cannot be guaranteed, regardless of sponsorship level
Registration is required & payment must be made ahead of time.

Additionally, by registering, you are committing to sponsoring the conference and are responsible for the cost of the sponsorship level chosen. As we will still incur costs associated with hosting the conference. Payment is expected, regardless of attendance, though partial refunds for executive & exhibitor sponsorships (if requested) will be issued up until May 10, 2022. Please contact us if there are any extenuating circumstances.
