Attendee Ticket: $100 per attendee, when purchased after January 1, 2026

*** NOTE: An extra meal ticket, is only available as an add-on to a Sponsorship Registration. It is not available for individual purchase and must accompany a confirmed sponsorship. However, it may be purchased separately after the initial sponsor registration, if needed.
Deadline for logo & digital material submittals: April 20, 2025
Deadline for conference material(s) submittal: May 2, 2025
*** we will try our best to accommodate any submittals after the deadlines noted above, but it cannot be guaranteed, regardless of sponsorship level
Additionally, by registering, you are committing to attending the conference and are responsible for the cost of the attendance ticket. As we will still incur costs associated with preparing and hosting the conference including food, advertising and printing etc.. costs. Payment is expected, regardless of attendance, though refunds (if requested) will be issued up until May 10, 2026. If paying via invoice/purchase order, payment must be received no later than June 11, 2026 or a 15% late fee will be applied to the amount due. Please contact us if there are any extenuating circumstances.
